Welcome to Roamhot eSIM services! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Roamhot provides international mobile data services based on eSIM technology. Our services include:

  • Prepaid mobile data plans for 200+ countries and regions worldwide
  • Instant activation via eSIM technology without physical SIM cards
  • Online account management, order tracking, and customer support
  • Support for multiple devices and carrier networks

3. Account Registration

Using our services requires account registration:

  • You must provide true and accurate registration information
  • You must be at least 18 years old or use the service with legal guardian consent
  • You are responsible for protecting account security and must not share your account with others
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately

4. Plan Purchase & Activation

4.1 Purchase Process

  • Select the appropriate data plan and complete payment
  • After successful payment, you will receive the eSIM QR code and activation instructions
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes

4.2 Activation Requirements

  • Your device must support eSIM technology and be carrier unlocked
  • A stable internet connection is required for activation
  • Plan validity period starts from activation time
  • Each eSIM QR code can only be activated once

5. Service Usage Guidelines

When using Roamhot services, you agree to:

  • Lawful Use:Use the service only for lawful purposes, complying with local laws and regulations
  • Prohibited Abuse:Do not engage in the following activities:
    • Illegally downloading or distributing copyrighted content
    • Sending spam or engaging in phishing
    • Attacking networks or engaging in hacking activities
    • Reselling or commercially using plan data
    • Using automated tools to consume large amounts of data
  • Fair Use:Although plans may be labeled as "unlimited data," a fair use policy applies. Extreme usage (such as continuous large downloads) may result in speed restrictions

6. Payment & Refunds

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay. All payments are processed through secure encrypted third-party payment platforms.

6.2 Refund Policy

  • Once eSIM QR codes are sent, due to their single-use nature, refunds are generally not supported
  • Refunds may be requested in the following special circumstances:
    • Unactivated within 14 days of purchase
    • Technical failures preventing activation or use
    • Significant discrepancy between plan description and actual service
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval

7. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

7.1 Service Availability

  • We strive to ensure high service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Network coverage and speed depend on local carrier network conditions
  • Some regions may have signal dead zones or speed restrictions

7.2 Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service use
  • We are not responsible for third-party carrier network quality
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.)
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Roamhot website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and compiled content, is the property of Roamhot Inc. or its content providers, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abusing the service or harming other users
  • Long-term inactivity (not logged in for over 2 years)

After account termination, you will lose access to purchased plans and account information. Unused balance will be handled according to the refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you 30 days in advance via email or website announcement. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by United States law. Any disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in the registered location of Roamhot Inc.
